Our work year is measured by the realization of three goals: timely approval of your companies’ work visas, reliable delivery of legal workers and keeping you well-informed with up-to-date data of your company’s workers.
We have a full-time year round office with bilingual personnel in Monterrey, Mexico that provides a complete processing service from the first phone call to notifying the employer that the workers are on the way to the United States.
We are working hard to provide a cost effective alternative to you the U.S. employer we understand that costs just keep rising and we are striving to lower some of the cost and hope that you will call and discuss the use of our service and how we can help you.
What we do:
- Making the Consulate appointment for your workers (Should you, the employer need this service).
- The office contacts the men ( you must provide names and phone numbers of the workers for contact in Mexico)
- We will complete the online application DS-160 for the men correctly.
- We will escort the men to the ASC office for fingerprints and photos.
- We will escort the men to the U.S. consulate for the interview.
- We will collect and pass out the passports with visas.
- We will contact and arrange buses or other transportation for the men. (Should you, the employer need this service).
- We will start for you the I-9 and print them for your signature and send you the original.
- We will printout and issue each man a contract (provided by you) before the interview as required by law and have them sign a master list which will be sent to you for your files.
- We will contact you (either by e-mail or telephone) when the men have left Mexico and the expected time of their arrival.
